Where Ideas Come True - Only in Cambodia

 

Cambodia is a beautiful country where we can simply make things happen.

I wanted to replicate a picture of a wooden ladder i saw off Pinterest and we got down to work! I never thought we could make that happen so easily. We went to buy wood, cut and nailed them to form the ladder. It is quite a lot of hands-on work (the strong man of course helped with the hammering and cutting) but i really love to use the handsaw! (I know it sounds weird coming from a girl). We then visited the nursery and choose some potted plants and there you go! The surprise birthday present was ready!

The entire project was so much fun! Though we dont speak Khmer, i really like the local people cause they are all so friendly and warm. Most importantly, they will go all out to help you! They will' laugh at my picture and think that is is silly of me to want to build such a ladder. You will not get this anywhere in Singapore.

I love the fact that we can use our bare hands and simple tools to create something. :)

Day 1. Cemoro lawang village take 4-5 hours then passing/enrooted to the flood mud village calls tapak siring at sidoarjo region and check in at Cafe Lava hostel
Day 2. the 4WD to the world's most famous view point at Mt. Penanjakan on the rim of tengger for see sunrise and young volcanic including Mt. BROMO and Mt. SEMERU in the back ground --> Songa Adventure River Rafting
Day 3. Waterfall in Batu Malang & others
Day 4. Depart for Singapore

Fuss free way to #eatclean! Have been feasting way too much and feeling very guilty. I finally got down to preparing my very own breakfast!

Only a few simple steps and you are on the way to a hearty healthy wholly good breakfast!

#1 Get Oats ( i used instant oats, some uses organic rolled oats or quick cook oats)
#2 pour the amount you want to eat into a mason jar (I got mine from Ikea at $1.90 only), i added some cranberry cereal and jam instead of adding sugar. You can add honey too.
#3 Pour milk ( You can add natural yoghurt too, will feel fuller)

last step, leave it in the fridge overnight :)

Next Morning, add in your selection of favourite fruits. For me its berries galore!

Phuket Villa Zolitude

 
 
Serene and pristine resort in the mountains. Perfect for those seeking the quiet life away from the buzz. Its secluded and would require taxi trips to get out.

The newly opened homestay near Villa Zolitude also offered free transport to their restaurant and the night view there was picturesque as you will have an overview of Chalong and night lights.
