Fuss free way to #eatclean! Have been feasting way too much and feeling very guilty. I finally got down to preparing my very own breakfast!
Only a few simple steps and you are on the way to a hearty healthy wholly good breakfast!
#1 Get Oats ( i used instant oats, some uses organic rolled oats or quick cook oats)
#2 pour the amount you want to eat into a mason jar (I got mine from Ikea at $1.90 only), i added some cranberry cereal and jam instead of adding sugar. You can add honey too.
#3 Pour milk ( You can add natural yoghurt too, will feel fuller)
last step, leave it in the fridge overnight :)
Next Morning, add in your selection of favourite fruits. For me its berries galore!
